A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors and staff. The NHS requires every practice to have a PPG.

The Victoria Medical Centre is a large medical practice in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The practice was founded in August 2020 due to a merger between The Green Street Clinic, Enys Road Surgery, and the Bolton Road Surgery in order to operate from new, larger, more spacious, and more modern purpose-built premises, allowing it to be stronger, more resilient, and better placed to attract new staff and to replace retiring doctors and nurses and offer better services.
