Dr Gaffney is Chairman of the Victoria Medical Centre (VMC) and Clinical Director of the Victoria Primary Care Network (PCN). He has led the merger of the Green Street Clinic, Enys Road and Bolton Road surgeries and soon the walk-in centre to form the VMC. He has overseen the procurement and creation of the new VMC premises in Victoria Drive, has set up the Covid-19 vaccination clinic in the Beacon Shopping Centre and is shortly setting up a new branch surgery also in the beacon Centre. He is a full time GP and Senior Partner at the Victoria Medical Centre (VMC) – Green Street Clinic branch in Eastbourne where he has been in practice since 1987.
